1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Campsite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Campsite is an online platform that connects campsite owners (Vendors) with campers (Clients). Our services include:

• Listing and browsing campsite spots
• Online booking and reservation management
• Secure payment processing
• Reviews and ratings
• Communication between Vendors and Clients

We act as an intermediary platform and do not own or operate any campsites listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and update your information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you submit a booking request, it is subject to approval by the campsite Vendor. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Vendor. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by campsite. Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial refund or no refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Campsite Vendors agree to provide accurate descriptions and pricing, maintain campsites in safe conditions, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and honor confirmed reservations.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to respect campsite rules, leave the campsite in the condition it was found, not exceed maximum capacity, follow safety guidelines, and provide honest reviews.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to post false or fraudulent content, harass other users, circumvent our payment system, upload malicious content, or violate any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Campsite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information, are not responsible for the quality or safety of any campsite, and are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring at a campsite.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
